Rainy day to start Riverbend 2007
The first day of Riverbend was a little cloudy but that didn't stop
the fans from coming out and having fun. Wheather it was litsening to local
bands and performers like Crossplains or guitarist John Cady or even singing
kareoke with US101 it didn't matter, they still loved it.

Ricky
Skaggs a 1982 CMA Male Vocalist of the Year and Horizon Award
winner still can put it out there.
After
over 25 years there isn't much he can't do. With six Grammy's and four
Music City News Country Instrumentalist of the Year awards plus many
more awards, there isn't much Ricky hasn't done.
His
music can still bridge the gap between the generations, old and young alike

Riverbend has grown to become Chattanooga's most beloved event, and it
ranks in the top 10% of festivals in the country. Riverbend recently won
two national awards from the International Festivals and Events Association.This
